Processing time

Delivery may be delayed by the destination, customs, weather, traffic, or carrier conditions.

Tracking
We use trackable shipping methods. Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch.

Duties and import taxes (DAP)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs-clearance fees, or carrier brokerage fees. Unless checkout explicitly states that these charges have been collected by us, they are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping fees. If a parcel is returned because the recipient does not pay these charges, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or is unavailable for an extended period, shipping, customs, and other costs incurred by us may be deducted from the refund.

Address changes
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is confirmed. Please check all delivery details before placing your order.

Shipping restrictions
