Delivery Timing

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, our return conditions will apply.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Please contact us in advance within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for sizing issues, personal preference, or ordering mistakes are the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior authorization, worn or washed items, items with stains, damage, or odors, or discounted items.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the item’s condition. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund and cover any necessary return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sales Quantity

商品代金以外の必要料金
インターネット接続料金その他の通信費は、お客様のご負担となります。海外注文には、関税、輸入税、付加価値税（VAT）、通関手数料、または配送業者による取扱手数料が発生する場合があります。これらの費用がチェックアウト時に当店によって明示的に徴収されている場合を除き、すべて受取人のご負担となります。

注文のキャンセル
ご注文のキャンセルは、発送前に限り承ります。発送後のご注文には、当店の返品条件が適用されます。

返品・交換
返品・交換の対象となる商品は、未使用・未洗濯であり、タグ、付属品、元の梱包がすべて揃っているものに限ります。商品到着後7日以内に、事前に当店へご連絡ください。サイズが合わない場合、イメージ違い、ご注文間違いなど、お客様都合による返品・交換の返送送料は、お客様のご負担となります。事前の承認なく返送された商品、着用済みまたは洗濯済みの商品、汚れ・破損・においがある商品、セール品・割引価格で購入された商品の返品はお受けできません。

初期不良・配送中の破損・誤発送
商品到着後7日以内に、ご注文番号および商品の状態が確認できる写真を添えてご連絡ください。確認後、交換または返金にて対応し、必要な返送送料は当店が負担いたします。

返金
返送商品を受領・検品後、審査結果をメールでご案内いたします。返金が承認された場合は、ご購入時と同じお支払い方法に返金いたします。返金の反映時期は、ご利用の銀行または決済事業者によって異なります。
