Actual delivery times may be delayed due to the destination, customs, weather, transportation conditions, or carrier operations.

Tracking

We use trackable shipping methods. Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

Duties and Import Taxes (DAP)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), customs clearance fees, or carrier handling fees.

Unless these charges are expressly collected by us at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

If a parcel is returned due to the recipient’s failure to pay applicable charges, refusal of delivery, an incorrect address, or prolonged absence, we may deduct any shipping costs, duties, taxes, and other charges already incurred from the refund.

Address Changes

We cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be changed after an order has been confirmed. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
