Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with an initial defect, is damaged in transit, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the condition of the item.

Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund and cover any necessary return shipping costs.

Returns or Exchanges for Customer-Initiated Reasons

Returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, personal preference, or ordering mistakes must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Return shipping costs for customer-initiated returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not accept:

• Returns sent without prior authorization

• Worn or washed items

• Items with stains, damage, or odors

• Discounted or sale items

Please contact us before sending any item back. Return instructions will be provided after your request has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it will be handled in accordance with the return conditions above.

返品・返金ポリシー

初期不良・配送中の破損・誤発送について

商品に初期不良、配送中の破損、またはご注文内容との相違がある場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。ご注文番号および商品の状態が確認できる写真をお送りください。

確認後、交換または返金にて対応し、必要な返送送料は当店が負担いたします。

お客様都合による返品・交換

サイズが合わない場合、イメージ違い、ご注文間違いなど、お客様都合による返品・交換をご希望の場合は、商品到着後7日以内に事前にご連絡ください。

返品・交換の対象となる商品は、未使用・未洗濯であり、タグ、付属品、元の梱包がすべて揃っているものに限ります。お客様都合による返品・交換の返送送料は、お客様のご負担となります。

以下の商品は返品・交換をお受けできません。

• 事前の承認なく返送された商品

• 着用済みまたは洗濯済みの商品

• 汚れ、破損、においがある商品

• セール品・割引価格で購入された商品

返送前に必ず当店へご連絡ください。返品申請が承認された後、返送方法をご案内いたします。

返金について

返送商品を受領・検品後、審査結果をメールでご案内いたします。

返金が承認された場合は、ご購入時と同じお支払い方法に返金いたします。返金の反映時期は、ご利用の銀行または決済事業者によって異なります。

注文のキャンセルについて

ご注文のキャンセルは、発送前に限り承ります。発送後のご注文は、上記の返品条件に従って対応いたします。
